Thomas L. Furr (Tom) is a lifelong resident of Panama City, Florida. He attended Florida State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in 1997. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2001.

He has devoted the majority of his practice to representing individuals in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims.

Professional associations include being a member of the Florida Bar and Bay County Bar Associations. In addition, he maintains membership in national organizations to remain current on issues relating to Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability laws. He is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR), the National Organization of Veteran's Advocates, Inc (NOVA), and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR).
