Kimberly J. Syfrett is a partner in The Disability Law Firm of Syfrett & Furr and devotes her practice to assisting injured and disabled workers and veterans. Prior to founding The Disability Law Firm, Kimberly was a partner in the law firm of Solomon, Syfrett, Romo, & Durrett. She has represented injured workers with claims for Florida workers' compensation and Social Security disability since 1996.


Kimberly received her Associate degree from Cleveland State Community College in 1990 and a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Tennessee in 1992. She graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1996. In addition to being licensed to practice in Florida and Alabama, she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims.


In addition to the practice of law, Kimberly is a member of a number of professional and civic organizations including the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR), Florida Workers' Advocate, Bay St. Andrew Bay Inn of Court, Friends of 440, National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR), the National Organization of Veteran's Advocates, Inc (NOVA), Florida Justice Association, and the Bay County Bar Association. She is also a sustainer of the Panama City Junior League, a past Board Member of Girls, Inc., and a past Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Gulf Coast State College.
