Jeffery J. Lathem (Jeff) was born in Florida and has been a Florida resident for most of his life. He attended the University of West Florida where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1994. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, graduating with a cum laude distinction, in 1998.

Jeff concentrates his practice in the areas of Heart & Lung Workers Compensation cases and Veterans Disability cases. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts and before the United States District Court for Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims and is also accredited with the Board of Veterans' Appeals.

He is a current member in good standing with the Florida Bar. In addition, he also maintains memberships with the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates, Inc. and the Florida Workers' Advocates which keep him current on issues related to Workers' Compensation and Veterans' Disability laws.
